Who we are

Dr. Jason A. Pedersen, Ph.D., NCSP, is a nationally recognized school psychologist, systems leader, and strategic advisor with more than 25 years of experience advancing organizational effectiveness and sustainable change in education. He has served in district, state, and national leadership roles, including as a member of the NASP Executive Board and as a recipient of the National Association of School Psychologists’ School Psychologist of the Year award. Dr. Pedersen has authored and contributed to multiple professional books and book chapters and is widely known for his work in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), data-informed decision-making, leadership development, and implementation science. He partners with education organizations to move beyond reactive, compliance-driven approaches and toward coherent, future-ready systems that strengthen instructional practice, leadership capacity, and outcomes for all learners through a clear, scalable, and implementation-focused systems design approach.
